Abstract
After the end of World War I, Truby King attended a medical conference at Cannes, France. The conference was attended by delegates from France, Great Britain, Italy, Japan and the United States and was by invitation of the Committee of Red Cross Societies. Major F. Truby King took part in discussions regarding venereal disease, child welfare, tuberculosis, malaria, nursing, and preventive medicine among other things. This photograph shows Truby on the right seated with other conference delegates.
