Abstract
C.J. Cherryh is a writer of some 60 plus SF and fantasy books, and she has the distinction of having an asteroid named after her: 77185 Cherryh. Her Chanur’s Venture is one of five in the Chanur novel series, shortlisted for a Locus Award in 1985.
